Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Here is what we collect, why, and the control you have.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. "We" means KD Insurance, LLC (Keembely Díaz), an independent insurance agency. We are insurance agents, not an insurer: policies are issued by the insurance carriers we place your coverage with. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out the form on the site or message us, we collect your name, phone number, state, the type of insurance you are interested in, and anything you write in your message. Email is optional.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or medical information through the form on this site. When that information is needed for a quote or application, it is handled with you directly in a private conversation — never in a public form.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (city or region), and how you arrived. This is done with cookies and similar technologies (see below).

Advertising information. If you arrive from an ad, we may record click identifiers (such as those from Google or Facebook) and address parameters (UTM) to understand which ad brought you. This data does not identify you by name.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your questions and communicate with you; to help you understand, compare, and enroll in the insurance products you are interested in; to operate and improve this site; and to measure how well our advertising works.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used and to improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data in the standard way; Google processes that data under its own privacy policy.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to use the site or to contact us.

We also store small preferences in your browser — such as the language you chose — to make your next visit easier.

How we share your information

We share your information only in these cases: with service providers working on our behalf — for example, a contact-management (CRM) service we use to organize inquiries, and the site analytics tools — who may use the data only to provide that service to us; with the insurance carriers and relevant entities when you decide to move forward with a quote or application and it is needed to process it; and when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing.

When you message us

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email, or social media, we receive the content of your message and any details you include. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own privacy policies.

How long we keep your data

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry, provide our services, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional rights over your data. To exercise any of these, write to us at the contact details below.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party pages (for example, social media or HealthCare.gov). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date shown above. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
